We also continue to invest heavily in our facilities to further enhance customer service - the latest example of this is our state-of-the-art Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram 3S (sales/service/spare parts) facility - strategically located in Al-Rai on the 4th Ring Road. It covers a total area of 7,600sqm, has 52 working bays and 101 customer parking bays - it’s also the first facility in the region to have a dedicated display area for the SRT® brand.

Combined with our Mopar ExpressLane service facility and our 3 other after-sales outlets covering Kuwait, it is a clear demonstration of our commitment to develop our operations across Kuwait and deliver the highest possible levels of customer service right through from the initial purchase to after-sales support. For even greater customer convenience, we also recently introduced extended service timings, from 7:30am to 9:00pm Saturday to Thursday and 3:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday.
